2/2016  Hon. Viam Pillay to ask the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations – Can the Minister advise this House on the enforcement of the National Minimum Wage Regulations with the new rates that came into effect from 1st July, 2015.

3/2016  Hon. Ashneel Sudhakar to ask the Minister for Defence, National Security and Immigration – Can the Minister elaborate to the House the most recent high profile military consignment received by the Republic of Fiji Military Forces from Russia.

4/2016  Hon. Niko Nawaikula to ask the Minister for Fisheries and Forests – Can the Minister explain what part of the Fisheries Act or any laws of Fiji makes it unlawful for the Indigenous Fijians to redeem a levy on the use of their Fishing grounds.

Ratu Isoa Tikoca to ask the Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Civil Service and Communications – Can the Minister provide the total number of cases involving the smuggling of undeclared goods into Fiji that is recorded by Customs and Border Control from 2006 to 2015 and of these, indicate the entities/individuals involved and whether any investigation was conducted and prosecution charges made.
