Westpac continues to take action to protect its customers against fraud and the credit/debit card and internet scams targeting Fiji in recent months.

Westpac has cancelled and replaced (for free) a number of ATM/Credit cards, is investing in new technologies, and continues to remind its customers of actions they can themselves take to protect their accounts.

Earlier this year, Westpac also launched an added security feature to its online banking known as ‘Westpac Protect’, a powerful and convenient safeguard against fraud for customers who bank online.

“We are 100 per cent dedicated to protecting our customer’s money and their personal information, and to fighting back against the fraudsters targeting Fiji,” said general manager of Westpac Fiji, Adrian Hughes.

The Westpac call centre number is 132 032 and to find your closest branch or visit the website www.westpac.com.fj.
