About Yatu Lau

Yatu Lau Company Limited was founded by the Late Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara with a capital of $7 in 1972 as an investment vehicle solely for Lauans.

From these humble beginnings, it has grown into a very strong and successful provincial property company in Fiji. The company entered the tourism industry with the acquisition of Studio 6 Motel & Apartments in Suva and properties in Pacific Harbour. In 2007, Yatu Lau opened its shareholding to include non-Lauans as well. It has continued to look for investment expansion both in the property and tourism sectors.
