Nadi Prepare For Nadroga
Defending champions Nadi aims to continue their unbeaten run against Nadroga in their opening match of the Vodafone Premier League 2016 at Prince Charles Park in Nadi on Sunday.
Fresh from winning their first ever Pillay Garments Champion vs Champion Series last Sunday, the team is all poised to defend their title.
Coach Kamal Swamy said the team have what it takes to start the league with the bang against Nadroga.
“We need to work hard, prepare ourselves well to match Nadroga,” Swamy said.
He pleaded for fans not to critisise the team when they lose.
Nadi host Nadroga on Sunday while Rewa host Suva at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori both games at 3pm.
In the opening round on Saturday, Labasa host newcomers Dreketi at Subrail Park, Labasa 1.30pm while Lautoka host Ba in Govind Park, 3pm. Edited by Osea Bola
