Adi Cakobau School (ACS) aims to make a difference at the 2016 Coca-Cola Games in April.

Vice-principal Laniana Tawake made the comment after the inter-house athletics competition in Sawani yesterday.

“We’re happy with what we have seen and it’s has been a good day,”Tawake said.

“We are thankful that the weather was fine and the athletes enjoyed their participation. We’ve identified athletes we know can make a difference this year.

“Our aim this year is to win back the overall girls trophies and bring it back to Sawani and I am confident that they can do that.”

“We’re grateful to have talented athletes in our school and we are hoping to tap into that with the help from our coaches and teachers.

 

Kakala House tops

Meanwhile, Kakala House won the inter-house with 16 gold, 11silver and 13 bronze, Uci came second with 11 gold, 10 silver, 8 bronze, Lagakali came third with 10 gold, 12 silver, 13 bronze and Mokosoi settled for 10 gold, 12 silver and 11 bronze.
