Usamate, Tuitubou Join Bainimarama In Levuka Tour

The Minister for Health and Medical Services, Jone Usamate, will visit health facilities in Levuka, Ovalau, today.
This is to assess the damage left behind by Tropical Cyclone Winston.
“Ensuring the health of our people is imperative at this point in time,” Mr Usamate said.
“Through this assessment tour, we will be able to assess and look into the areas which need immediate attention. Ensuring health and safety for our people is always a priority.”
The Minister for Youth and Sports, Laisenia Tuitubou, who is originally from Sinuvaca Village in Koro, had also visited villages on his island.
“Despite the devastation effect Tropical Cyclone Winston left on the island and also in our country, I believe that we are known for our resilience. Together we will rebuild our nation,” Mr Tuitubou said.
Mr Usamate and Mr Tuitubou will accompany Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama on his two-day visit today.
