Vodafone Fijian 7s head coach Ben Ryan was forced to make one late change to the side which saw Kitione Taliga replacing lanky Sevuloni Mocenacagi.
It has been confirmed that Mocenacagi is sick from a virus that has affected the squad.
Ryan tweeted: “Unfortunately a virus has gone around – some of squad affected forced to make one late change. Sevu Mocenacagi replaced by Kitione Taliga.”
