More help is flooding into the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation Fund.

Unit Trust of Fiji, Taubman Paints and Mechanical Services Limited were among companies who made donations on Monday.

Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said the companies’ funds would be put to good use.

“In particular these funds will be used in assisting disadvantaged Fijians who have been affected by Cyclone Winston and of course go towards rebuilding our country just as we won and managed to beat Australia in Las Vegas,” Mr Sayed- Khaiyum said.

“I am sure we will be able to bounce back and be stronger than Winston.”

Unit Trust of Fiji, handed over a $10,000 cheque towards the cause.

Mechanical Services Limited donated $25,000 while Taubman Paint also handed over a $25,000 cheque.
