Warwick International Hotels celebrated the selection of two its Fiji based management team to travel to England to attend a Leadership Programme at the prestigious Cambridge University.

The week long programme will be attended by 16 successful applicants from across the Warwick International Hotels portfolio including those from The United States, Europe, Middle East and the company’s global Head Office.

WIH Regional General Manager – Pacific,Dean Swaagma said: “The course is designed for delegates to identify learning styles and strategies whilst considering organisational culture and collaborative leadership. Delegates will identify strategic scenarios for the future, complexity and adaptation of a changing industry and the psychology of building brands.”

Also attending is Brad Downton, General Manager for The Warwick Fiji, who said he was absolutely delighted to be selected for the pilot programme.

“To be selected for this programme is an exceptional opportunity to learn and study with fellow members of the Warwick management family at the famous Cambridge University. I am delighted to represent the Resort and my colleagues at our Warwick Hotels International – Pacific properties.”

The programme includes lectures and workshops from prominent industry leaders and renowned lecturers from the esteemed university and delegates will be accommodated in the universities roof.
