The Fiji Muslim League is providing housing assistance for families affected by Cyclone Winston.

The team has been assisting with building materials for a 3.05m x 3.65m basic one-bedroom house for families as an immediate shelter for those who have lost their entire house.

The areas assisted so far are Ba, Varavu, Tavua, Rakiraki with approximately 278 families being provided assistance without any discrimination.

The Fiji Muslim League has been assisted by Muslim Aid Australia, Human Care Incorporated, Human Appeal International, British Columbia Muslim Association, Federation of Islamic Association New Zealand, Muslim League of New South Wales, Voice of Islam New Zealand and Muslim Converts Association of Singapore through cash and kind donations to help families affected.

Those who would like to contribute to the Fiji Muslim League Disaster Relief may do so and send contributions to its bank. Details are provided.
