ANZ Workers Sign MOU With Union

The Australian and New Zealand Bank and Fiji Bank and Finances Sector Employees Union (FBEU) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Agreement reinstating the Collective Agreement which existed between the bank and union before the 2011 decree.

FBEU national secretary Sailesh Naidu said all employees of ANZ bank would now have access to union representation in all employment related matters including Disciplinary and Grievance matters.

“The Union will also represent employees in the Employment Tribunal, Arbitration Court, Mediation and Conciliation matters,” Mr Naidu said.
