The 40 year old man who allegedly raped a 16 year old girl in Nadi on Monday this week has been arrested and charged with one Count of Rape.
The offence occurred on Monday (14/03/16) and the matter was reported to Nadi Police the day after, Tuesday.
The man had been on the run but was arrested by police yesterday and charged with One Count of Rape.
He is expected to be produced at the Nadi Magistrate Court on Monday.
