Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge In Fiji

Let’s be honest. When a new phone comes out – we get more excited to get our hands on it rather than first exploring the features.
And indeed sometimes we end up being disappointed given the features and a specification do not meet our needs and expectations.
That’s the whole purpose of our reviews – to help you decide if you need this upgrade and what’s the benefit over the predecessor.
As I used the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge this week, the more I used it, the more I loved the features. Just when we think what other innovation could be introduced, companies such as Samsung come up with brilliant ideas and blow us away.
While the S7 Edge does look like the S6 Edge model at the initial glance, but a closer look indicates the changes are brilliant having adding a zest to a design that could have quickly become “tired”.
On one hand you find the screen is larger, yet somehow, once you hold the phone in your hand, it feels the perfect size and doesn’t even feel it’s bigger.
Best of all, its waterproof and there is a microSD card slot for that extra storage you always need.
The rear of the phone is now curved as well and perhaps the reason it sits so nicely in the hand.
Samsung also place special focus on the battery. It has been boosted giving a handset which is able to last over 24 hours between charges so you don’t have to look for chargers every hour.
While globally, the Samsung Galaxy Edge has attracted one of the highest prices yet, Vodafone Fiji is retailing it starting from $2199.
We were able to do this review thanks to Vodafone Fiji providing us with the device to get hands-on.
