Donations continue to pour in at the FijiFirst office in Labasa.

A group consisting of some Buceisau farmers in Macuata donated $210 cash and a carton of clothes while Siberia and Batinikama FijiFirst community donated four bags and two cartoons of clothes.

FijiFirst co-ordinator Anil Prasad said many affected families needed clothing necessities after Tropical Cyclone Winston destroyed everything.

“Families from Bua and Savusavu lost everything during TC Winston and this donation will help families,” Mr Prasad said.

He said the rations would be delivered to affected areas this week especially to affected people who were in desperate need of assistance.
