The Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA) acknowledges the receipt of a complaint of two bullocks getting electrocuted because of a fallen power line at Saru, Navala Road, Lautoka.

Our investigations have been completed and the FEA wishes to advise that the owner of the bullocks will be fully compensated for their loss as soon as we have formalised the payment details.

The FEA would like to take this opportunity to remind the public to treat all fallen power lines as ‘live’.

Please call the FEA Contact Centre on 132-333 for any further information on this matter.
