The Vodafone Fijian Sevens training squad march into their Uprising Beach Resort camp in Pacific Harbour today.

The squad underwent a grueling training session last week.

In an earlier interview Vodafone Fijians coach Ben Ryan said after their Easter break he is going to go hard on the players.

“We will be highlighting the contact areas and the physical elements of our game,” he said.

Ryan said team would be working on their accuracy at breakdowns and on their one-on-one tackle technique, which he described they were normally good at.

The return of key forwards Apisai Domolailai and Viliame Mata from injuries has augured well with the side as the officials await the outcome of the rehab on playmaker Vatemo Ravouvou and vice-captain Isake Katonibau.

The Hong Kong 7s tournament is from April 8-10 and the Vodafone Fijians are in Pool D along with Wales, Canada and Korea. The Singapore Sevens is set for April 16-17.
