Namosi Playmaker Promises To Deliver

Getting into the Vodafone Fijian 7s training squad is a big step for Josateki Tuilawaki.
The 24-year-old playmaker for the champion Tabadamu side said he would try his best to make the final 14-member squad for the Hong Kong and Singapore tournaments.
“Firstly I’d like to thank the Lord for everything he has done in my life,” the Namosi native said yesterday.
“This is the first time that I’ve been chosen to be part of the sevens team. This is a big step for me as it’s been a long time I’ve been trying to be part of this squad. My selection has driven me to make use of my talent.”
Tuilawaki said to train and rub shoulders with the country’s rugby sevens stars is an experience that he cannot describe it by word.
“I hope to learn as much as I can from them. I want to impress the coach and help out with whatever skills I have to contribute to the team’s success,” he added.
