The imminent release of the new “Denarau Waters” will see further expansion of an area which has become a tourism hub.

‘Denarau Waters’ is occupying the southern division of the island and is a seperate and unconnected business to the original Denarau Island development which is now long established.

After selling-out Stage 1 in less than 4 months, the second residential stage of the Denarau Waters, is now selling.

Stage 2 comprises 41 waterfront lots.

It is nestled near the established infrastructure of Denarau and surrounded almost entirely by water,

It is part of a mixed-use development that will showcase international resorts including the Holiday Inn.

Plus a large marina, commercial and industrial precincts, and the residential land release – Denarau Waters.

Ananth Reddy, director of Avoser Limited and the developer, is happy with the results so far.

“People feel they missed out on the first Denarau development and now they’ve got a second chance”

Along with tight, 24-hour security and privacy within a gated community, the scenic precinct offers investors breezy, resort-style living, with buyers having ample room to build their dream residences or alternatively, getaway retreats.

Civil works are now well underway and settlement for purchasers of Denarau Waters is on-track for 2017.

Avoser’s masterplan includes a flagship 300-room Holiday Inn Resort by the InterContinental Hotels Group.

The launch of Stage 2 follows the successful sale of all 59 lots on Stage 1, which was only released to the market in late 2015.

Progress of these land lots have been rapid, signifying the value of their incentives for both local and overseas buyers, including property investors who missed out on Denarau’s previous other developments.

Expressions of interest are also being sought from commercial partners for the retail and marina precincts.
