The Vodafone Fijian 7s team have extended their lead to eight points on the World Sevens Series. This is despite losing 30-7 to Kenya in the Cup final of the Singapore 7s last night.
The Vodafone Fijians notched 19 points for being the runner-up to stay at the top with 147 while South Africa beat Argentina 28-0 to grab the third spot and ranked second on the Series table with 139.
New Zealand moved down to third spot after they lost to Samoa in the Plate final.
In another outstanding result, Vodafone Fijian first five eight cum winger Kitione Taliga equally topped the DHL Performance Tracker for the Singapore 7s.
