High Court judge Justice Salesi Temo has found a 37-year-old taxi driver guilty of one count of rape and one count of assault with intent to commit rape.
Justice Temo overturned the majority opinion of the assessors and found the man guilty of assaulting and raping his ex-wife.
The man will be sentenced today.
