A 20-year-old man is currently in Police custody following a disturbing comment over a child on Facebook.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed that the man has been charged with one count of indecently annoying an unknown person.
The man is expected to be produced at the Suva Magistrates court today.
