Courts Fiji conducted a day- long workshop on Wednesday to upscale staff on the knowledge of STIHL products.

The conductor of the workshop was Brad Cathcart who manages the distribution and marketing of STIHL products in Fiji.

Mr Cathcart has extensive experience in STIHL products as he owned a STIHL shop in Auckland and he shared his vast knowledge of the products with the staff of Courts. In the workshop the attendees got to learn about the specifications and operation of various STIHL products and accessories.

The attendees of the workshop also had many questions for Mr Cathcart, which in turn will aid them to enhance the value and expertise offered to the customers at Courts.

The attendees of the workshop got to try some of the STIHL equipment hands on to get and experience the feel and handling of the equipment they sell. Mr Cathcart told the attendees the importance of using a STIHL 2 stokes HP oil to ensure that your STIHL machine lasts longer.

Director of marketing Anil Senewiratne said it was important for the staff to understand the product better for superior customer service.

The general consensus of the staff attending the workshop was that they had learned a lot and were looking forward to aiding the customers now because they were better informed about the product.

Courts is the one of the largest retailer of STIHL products in Fiji. STIHL products are made in Germany and are one of the leading brands in outdoor equipment.

Courts trades a wide array of STIHL products such as brush cutters, chainsaws, water blasters, vacuum cleaners and all its related accessories.
