Two men appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday charged in relation to obtaining property by deception and forgery.

Amos Ragoyawa, 32 and Gabriel Ledua, 22 appeared before Magistrate Makareta Mua who granted them bail.

Magistrate Mua granted a surety bail of $1000 and gave conditions that they were to report to their allocated Police Stations, not to interfere with Police witness especially the complainant and a no departure order have been issued for both accused.

Any breach of the bail condition will result in both the accused being remanded in custody.

The first phase of disclosures has been served and prosecution has yet to serve the second phase of disclosures.

The court has been adjourned to June 8.
