Westpac Microfinance Night Market A Success

Last night the Westpac Microfinance Night Market at the Central Car Park in Suva was buzzing with trade.

There was excitement in the air, with something for every member of the family to choose from.

While the mums and dads were looking at clothes, household items and plants, the young ones were very busy looking at jewellery, toys and books.

The shoppers evening was concluded with scrumptious dinner and desserts that were on sale.

Westpac Fiji general manager, Brett Hooker, said: “The turnout at the Westpac Microfinance Night Market has been great.

“We are always happy to see our micro entrepreneurs progressing in their business ventures.

“Majority of our entrepreneurs are women and as the “Bank of Choice for Women” we are always passionate to see the progress of women in Fiji.

“I take this opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and commitment of our hard working micro entrepreneurs.”
