The Chiefs mana prevailed at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.  Chiefs beat the Crusaders 23 – 13 in front of a loud and packed crowd.
Despite the wet underfoot, both sides displayed high class rugby.
The Fijian boys in both sides were out to impress their fans. Chiefs centre, Seta Tamanivalu was instrumental in the Chief’s first try.
Crusaders Winger Jone Macilai was the lone scorer for his side. The other points came from a conversion and a penalty.
The win means the Chiefs top the New Zealand conference in the Super Rugby competition.

SKY Sport Rugby Commentator, Scotty Stevenson was on point with his observation.
