Vodafone Flying Fijians forward and 7s player Leone Nakarawa has been put on a six-month good behaviour bond by the Suva Magistrates Court.

Nakarawa pleaded guilty before Magistrate Shageeth Somaratne yesterday for being drunk and disoderly.

He has been warned that he would be charged again if he reoffends.

Defence lawyer Seremaia Waqainabete had asked for a discharge without a conviction which the court did not grant.

Magistrate Somaratne has adjourned the case for six months, subject to good behaviour by Nakarawa.

The prosecution will have to confirm his good behaviour.

The court has been adjourned to January 3, 2017.

Nakarawa on June 13, 2015 at MacArthur Street, Suva, was drunk and behaved in a disorderly manner in a public place. He had pleaded guilty to the charge.

Nakarawa is currently camping with the  Vodafone Fijian 7s squad in preparation for the Rio Olympics next month.

He is among the 23 players vying for the final 12-member team which will be announced on July 16.

The 28-year-old has played 66 times for the Glasgow Warriors and has scored four tries.

Nakarawa was named in the Pro12 Dream Team at the end of the 2015/16 season and was highly rated at the 2015 Rugby World Cup and
