The Blu Brasserie has undergone a new look and feel with new lunch and dinner menus.

The arrival of new Food and Beverage Director Gerrard McNamara, at the Radisson Blu Resort has brought about a new twist.

With menu items such as the ‘Big Blu Double Sauce Burger’, ‘Sticky Wings’ and ‘Belly Up’, the concept of the new menu launch is to make the environment interactive and fun for the whole family.

The lunch menu focuses on Burgers, Salads and small bites. The beverage menu has exciting and creative cocktails. Dinner focuses on a Greens and Grains Buffet featuring salads, antipasto, soups, condiments and rotisserie vegetables.

Guests then have the option to purchase la carte bites such as curry crab, ribs or wings as well as grilled meats.

Mr McNamara is excited about the new concept. He said: “It is an exciting time in F&B at the moment and we are aiming to have the best F&B experience on Denarau.”
