Injured Team Fiji men’s rugby sevens forward Pio Tuwai wished his brother Josua Tuisova well as the team flew out of Nadi International Airport yesterday.

Tuwai was emotional to see the Toulon based- winger carry on their family name in the Olympic Games.

“I want to wish my brother and the team well,” he said.

“I know they have worked hard and they can make it. We have a good team and the boys can do wonders. The whole world will be watching them but we can defy all odds and win our first gold. I did not make it but my brother is there so it is fair and square.”

Tuwai who had raised eye brows with his deadly off loading passes during the World Sevens Series is adamant of making a comeback.

“I guess there is always a second chance. No doubt there will be many Olympic Games but this was an exceptional one but the fact remains that I will not lose hope as the next series is coming up.”
