Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum yesterday received the new non-resident High Commissioner of Uganda to Fiji, Enoch Nkuruho.

The A-G welcomed the Commissioner and expressed Fiji’s desire to further develop bilateral ties with Uganda, particularly in areas of mutual interest in the international arena.

Mr Nkuruho said that he was keen to work with Fiji to explore strategies that benefited both countries’ young and dynamic populations. Uganda looks forward to garnering greater support for African interests on an international level.
