Guests are in for a mouth-watering treat with exceptional authentic iTaukei style cooking at Déjà Vu – The Fijian Restaurant.

Co-director Warren Mitchell Mave said their dishes had been taking the Jet Set town by storm.

He said guests simply loved the restaurant meals just as they are loved in Fijian homes.

“We want to bring back the style of cooking of the olden days which is pretty rare in our society these days,” Mr Mave said.

“A lot of folks do not know Bulumakau Tavusa these days which is well known to the people of Ra province. This is the introduction of fusion, something different surpassing the old chilly, lemon flavour style.”

Mr Mave added that there was a lot associated to the versatile kind of cooking method.

The Déjà Vu – The Fijian Restaurant is located at the Nadi Town Council Arcade.
