A new winner will be crowned in the 2016 Coke Zero Deans Under-18 final in Suva this Saturday.
This was after defending champions Ratu Kadavulevu School lost to Marist Brothers High 14-5 in the second semi-final at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka yesterday.
What happened: MBHS started their campaign on a high note with two penalties through the boot of fullback Sirino Moceilekutu to lead 6-0.
But the champs kept fighting under heavy underfoot resulting in Epeli Tuimereke scoring a try.

Moceilekutu again showed his cool as he slotted another penalty to extend Marist lead to 9-6.
In the 20th minute MBHS lock, Filipi Raikiwasa scored to extend Marist’s lead to 14-5.

Comments:
MBHS principal Ben Salacakau:
“Both teams could not play their normal games due to the weather but I’m happy we survived. Credit to them but we came here with the intention to win. Now we are in the final it’s all a new game we have to focus on.”
RKS coach principal, Peni Senikarawa:
“Everybody saw how Marist adapted to the weather and deserved to win. We can’t blame the weather.”
