Gutted But Proud Of Fijiana: Cracknell

Despite the loss to Great Britain in the quarter-finals this morning, Fijiana Head Coach Chris Cracknell is proud of the girls.
Cracknell tweeted: “Gutted. But proud.”

Litia Naiqato scored the lone try in the first half, with a conversion from Lavenia Tinai. Great Britain’s Abbie Brown and Joanne Watmore managed to run in tries, securing them a spot for medal contention. Great Britain takes on New Zealand while Canada takes on Australia in the semi-final.
Congrats to @TeamGB & great job done by my old mate @Richie_Pugh with their girls. Best of luck tomorrow. #Olympics #Rio2016 #7s
