The Punjas/Digicel Fiji Primary School Netball competition will continue despite the wet weather at the National Netball Centre in Suva.

This was confirmed by the president of the Central Primary Schools Netball Association, Elenoa Vadei.

She said they would cancel the competition if directed by the Fiji Sports Council.

“Games continue unless the FSC ruled the venue is not safe for playing,” she said.

The girls braved the cold and turned up in full force to participate for their different districts.

Vadei commended the young netters.

“They are enjoying themselves, we wish to acknowledge our major sponsors Punjas and Digicel for their support.”

The games continue today at the National Netball Centre.
