The Minister for Education has advised parents to look after their children during the one-week school break. Minister Mahendra Reddy said parents should monitor their children and be well informed about their whereabouts.
“Holidays are there to provide students’ break from their studies, but that does not mean break from their education.
“We want children to take advantage of the holidays and spend time on their hobby activities such as music, sports, but they need to be careful,” he said.
Mr Reddy said there could be issues which could harm our children so we want them to be protected.
