It was another beautiful day in Rio yesterday as the victorious Fijian rugby 7s team experienced the beauty of Copacobana Beach.

Speaking to SUNsports Josua Tuisova said they have had a wonderful time in Rio and just can’t wait to get home as he prepares to take his family to France.

“We have won the gold medal in Rio and my next plan now is to return to France and take my mum, dad and niece,” he said.

“They will be with me for three months before returning to Fiji.

“They have been supporting me all this while and I just can’t wait to go home and celebrate this victory.

“For me one of my saddest moments when playing rugby is when I miss the very important people and that’s my family so I have decided to take them with me,” Tuisova added.

Meanwhile, Montauban winger Samisoni Viriviri said that after the Olympics his next plan is to become a good husband and father.

“To be successful in life and have a happy family,” Viriviri added.
