The Gabrielle Qoro- coached Suva side believes  mental toughness will be key in defending their titles today.

The three teams have remained unbeaten during pool games at the Punjas/Digicel National Netball Championships at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka in Sigatoka yesterday.

The side defeated Nadroga: 17-5, Tailevu 16-1, Nadi 16-7 and 24-0 to Navosa in the last game.

The team included Fijian Pearls Maria Lutua (GA), Nina Curukisuva (WA), Afa Rusivakula (GS),  Una Rauluni,  Sera Dakuitoga and Vaiti Waqatabu as captain.

“The girls have been playing well so far and as I’ve told them mental preparation is key,”Qoro said.

“It is unfortunate that we cannot show our ability and skills well because of the wet condition.
