Pearl Band Gift For Kolinisau And Tuwai

Two members of the gold medal winning rugby seven’s team who have Vanua Levu connections were gifted with pearl bands worth of $1,000 each from J. Hunter Pearls Fiji yesterday.
The lucky Olympians were captain Osea Kolinisau and halfback SeremaiaTuwai.
- Hunter Pearls Fiji marketing and sales representative Mili Koroi on behalf of the company gifted the pearl band to them during the celebration at Subrail Park in Labasa.
“Our company is based in Savusavu and we travelled early morning making sure that we do not miss the celebration,” Ms Koroi said.
“We planned to gift this band each worth of $1,000 to Kolinisau and coach Ben Ryan. However, Ryan couldn’t come so we gifted it to Tuwai because of his family links to Vanua Levu like Kolinisau.”
“We are excited and happy because the band fits well on their wrist,” Ms Koroi said.
“This gift presentation is our way to show appreciation.
“We chose to give wrist band so that they could always remember our company, the people of Savusavu and the wonderful celebration in Labasa.”
Kolinisau said he was surprised and grateful for the wonderful gift.
