Fiji International Road Shows Offer More

The Minister for Industry, Trade and Tourism Faiyaz Koya launched the Fijian Made Inner Sanctum competition yesterday.
The competition will run in conjunction with the Fiji International “Give Golf a Go” Road Show which offers an exclusive experience at the tournament which will be played at the Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course from October 6-9.
“It is the Government’s initiative to grow local awareness of the Fiji International and the Fijian Made Buy Fijian Campaign,” he said.
“Now all Fijians have an opportunity to experience one of Fiji’s greatest sporting events.
“The competition will also be promoted through the Fiji International “Give Golf a Go” road show which has already been around Viti Levu.
“The road show will provide Fijians the chance to try their hand at a game of golf.
“Fiji is a rugby loving nation as we all know, however, we do hope that many Fijians will come to appreciate and learn more about golf and be inspired to take up the sport.
“I think we got some inspirational characters from Fiji who is taking part in golf and so I encourage everyone to enter and join us at the Fiji International.”
To enter the competition, you will need to take a selfie with a Fijian Made product or at any of the Fiji International “Give Golf a Go” road show sites, alongside the Fijian Made cut outs, and then simply upload the selfie to the Fijian Made Facebook page to confirm entry.
The most creative two entries will be treated with a friend to a night’s accommodation and a behind the scenes tour of the Fiji International as well as VIP access to the corporate entertainment areas.
Winners will also receive a Fijian Made hamper and an opportunity to meet the Fiji International brand ambassadors Osea Kolinisau, Masivesi Dakuwaqa and Emosi Mulevoro as well as Miss World Fiji Pooja Pryanka.
