Veremalua Appears In Top Rugby TV Show
The Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort was bustling with excitement as they facilitated the meeting of two rugby’s greats. They are former Wallabies captain George Gregan and Olympic gold medallist and World Sevens Series first DHL Impact Player Award winner Jasa Veremalua.
Following a traditional welcome by staff members, Veremalua appeared as a guest on Fox Sport’s show The ‘Other’ Rugby Show, hosted by commentator Sean Maloney, former Wallaby reps Stephen Hoiles and Gregan along with Australia 7s rep Tiana Penitani.
Resort manager, Russell Blaik said “it is incredible that we could have some of rugby’s greats converge at the same location and share their common passion for the sports though a show like The ‘Other’ Rugby Show. The show will air live on Australia’s Fox Sports 1 from 9.30pm this Sunday with a number of re-runs throughout the week.
