St Joseph’s  Alumni continued their week-long celebrations on Wednesday night with the masquerade neon party.

This was hosted by those who attended the all-girls school in the 90s.

“It’s really to bring people together. I’ve been stressing this the whole week. We just want people to come and reconnect and have a good time.

“It’s probably the one week or one day in the whole year that we women come as mothers and wives taking time off and energy, sort of to rekindle the sisterhood,” media officer for the 90s decade, Pauline Morris said.

“Yesterday, the Alumni had activities at the school. Today will be similar as former students look at how they have evolved over the years.”

“We mostly have girls from the 50s right up to the current scholars as early as 2015. So the 2000 decades really haven’t seen much of our history.

“So all in all, it’s been a grand success. It will be really sad when all this will be over,” she said.

The closing mass will take place at the school at 10am and not at the Scared Heart Cathedral as earlier planned.
