Warwick Resort Hosts Navosa
The Warwick Resort hosted the Peniasi Damu- coached Navosa rugby team at the Coral Coast on Thursday.
Resort general manager Brad Downton congratulated the Navosa team for winning the Vodafone Rugby Trophy defeating Nanukuloa 8-0 last week.
“The team deserved the win, congratulations from all of us at the Warwick Fiji,” he said.
“We are proud that you all demonstrated great sportsmanship and represented your community and the resort with distinction. I would like to acknowledge the contributions of the coaches, executive committee and the players who have achieved so much in such a short time.”
Navosa Rugby president Iosefo Batikolikoli thanked Warwick Fiji for their support.
He also thanked the Fiji Rugby Union, the vanua, executives, players and the families for their assistance.
