The Rewa football side have been pooled with the same teams they faced during the pool stages of the Vodafone Fiji FACT tournament. The Delta Tigers are in Group Two along with Ba, Dreketi and Nadi.

Rewa football manager Vikash Prasad said yesterday they are excited to face these teams again but they need to top the pool if they are to qualify for the semi-final of the 2016 Courts Inter District Championship.

“Against Ba we have drawn against them in the Fiji Fact and the national league so it is going to be a tough one,” he said.

“Dreketi is always an exciting team. They did really well in the INKK Mobile Battle of the Giants so we are expecting them to be even tougher at the IDC.

“Nadi, however, we lost to them in the Fiji Fact but this time around we will try to beat them and top the pool. It will be played over a week so it will be hectic but exciting as well. We are looking forward to it.”
