No More Boycott : Adi Litia

SODELPA members of Parliament will no longer boycott any Parliamentary sittings.
This was confirmed by SODELPA spokesperson Adi Litia Qionibaravi.
She said there has been discussions that Parliamentary sittings will no longer be boycotted.
Other SODELPA members also confirmed that there has been a resolution that SODELPA does not stand to gain anything by boycotting Parliament.
President Major General (Ret’d) Jioji Konrote will today open the Parliamentary sitting for this session.
After his opening address Parliament will be suspended till next week.
Special guest at today’s sitting is expected to be 11-year-old Naomi Lewakita.
During the Consititution Naomi became the first visually impaired student to publicly read out portions of the 2013 Fijian Constitution.
She says she feels included by the 2013 Constitution being translated into Braille.
