A nine-month pregnant woman is among three passengers admitted at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital after an accident on Wednesday night on Waimanu Road in Suva.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the three were in a car that collided with another vehicle.

Their car, driven by a 34-year-old labourer of Makoi, was heading towards Samabula when it and a vehicle driven by a man, 47, collided. This man is now in Police custody. Police investigation is continuing.
