More charges face Mukesh Naidu in his second court appearance yesterday.
When he first appeared before Magistrate Charles Ratakele at the Nasinu Magistrates Court on Monday he was charged with three counts each of obtaining financial advantage by deception and a count of disobedience of lawful order.
When he appeared before Mr Ratakele yesterday, four new files were brought in against him. The additional charges are three counts each of obtaining financial advantage by deception and three counts each of obtaining property by deception.Naidu had been on the run and was on the Police Wanted List.
