An abuse of office case against the former manager for Rural Housing at the Ministry for Provincial Development has been transferred to the High Court in Suva. Police Prosecutor Inspector Rajesh Krishna served full phase disclosures. Mr Krishna did not object to bail but all travel documents were to be surrendered.
