All three assessors have found a step-father guilty of one count of rape and two counts each of indecent assault.
The matter was called before Justice Achala Wengappuli at the High Court in Suva yesterday.
A 55-year-old stepfather is alleged to have raped and indecently assaulted his 11-year-old step-daughter.
The alleged incidents occurred between January 1, 2004 and May 31, 2012.
Justice Wengappuli said in court that the victim had testified that the accused allegedly threatened her with a cane knife not to tell anyone about the incident.
The court will be handing down its final verdict today.
