Three members of the 2016 Rio Olympics

rugby sevens gold medal team took part in a clinic at the Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course yesterday.

2016 Fiji International brand ambassadors Osea Kolinisau, Masivesi Dakuwaqa and Emosi Mulevoro learned how to play and signed autographs for students.

Kolinisau is privileged to be part of the third Fiji International.

“It will be an exciting tournament and I am really proud to be involved,” he said.

“I’m thankful to the organisers for seeing me fit to be brand ambassador once again.

“It’s a joy to work with young children and give back to the community.”

PGA Tour professionals Braden Becker, 24 was also part of the clinic.

Becker is looking forward to making his debut in the four-day event.

“This is my first Fiji International and really looking forward to it,” he said.

The Perth-based golfer turned professional last year and has played in Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific Open Championship in Noumea, New Caledonia, two weeks ago.

“This is a good thing to give back to the community especially to those that put this event together.”
