FICAC Brings Service To The Public
The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) officers are taking part in the Vanua O Ba Festival held at the Churchill Park grounds in Lautoka.
The Commission is taking its services to the people who may not able to get to FICAC offices. The festival is a three-day event and allows members of the public to directly receive information on anti-corruption.
The festival, which started yesterday, is organised by the Ba Provincial Holdings Company Limited and is a gathering for the people of the province of Ba.
FICAC complaints officers are present to receive and offer advice on any queries and concerns from members of the public.
FICAC officers will also be conducting information sessions with members of the Vanua O Ba who are organising stalls at the grounds.
The public are encouraged to visit the FICAC booth and take advantage of the information available and work together with the Commission to prevent corruption.
