Fiji Roads Authority is advising motorists in Suva of intermittent road closures resulting from Fiji Day procession that will follow along Rodwell Rd,  Victoria Parade and ending at Albert Park.

Fiji Roads Authority is advising motorists in Suva of intermittent road closures resulting from Fiji Day procession that will follow along Rodwell Rd,  Victoria Parade and ending at Albert Park.

 

Travellers in the area are advised that between 8am on Saturday 8th October, the procession will make its way through from Flea Market to Albert Park.

 

These roads will remain open and close only as the procession passes through the area from 8am – 11am.

 

Further, the Ratu Cakobau Road, Constitution Avenue and Victoria Parade (in front of GPH) will be completely closed from 8am – 4pm.

 

Motorists are advised to expect waiting time if travelling to these areas and they will be allowed through as soon as the procession clears.
